Tending to Grief Holiday Workshop (virtual)
$25 registration fee

In this workshop we will:
Explore how grief can show up during the holiday season
Untangle our own and others' expectations of grief
Share stories of grief and loss with others going through a similar experience, making room to talk about those who no longer physically seated at the holiday table
Learn and share coping strategies to manage the wide range of emotions of grief
Grief Writing Workshop (virtual)
$25 registration fee
Friday, February 28th 2025
12pm - 1:30pm EST
A guided workshop for individuals experiencing grief to process emotions through creative and expressive writing. There will be space for practicing mindfulness and grounding, expressive writing and sharing (sharing optional).
This is open to anyone navigating loss; the death of a loved one, a relationship or major life change.
